Application data is collected from Third Parties enabling us to deliver some or all of our Services. We also provide you with code you can integrate into your own applications and the code we provide you with includes credentials (API key and/or a Client key for each of your applications) that uniquely identifies you and enables us to send and receive application data necessary for the delivery of Services.
Message Data and Content
We collect and help you manage incoming and outgoing message data. Message data may include text, graphics, photos, audio, video, and may include specific attributes that identify your users. We transcribe the data we collect in order to help you view, analyze, learn from (as humans, or using artificial intelligence), and respond to such data.
IP Address and Cookies
We may automatically receive and record information from your web browser when you use our Web Services, including your IP address. We collect and store IP address information and that information is not made public. It is used for logging and network management. We may deliver cookies to your computer automatically through your web browser when you access our website. Your browser stores cookies which enable our servers to recognize your web browser and tailor our user experience and Services to you automatically. All connections to our website, our application and any integrations into Third Parties are protected by 128 bit SSL security encryption. This is the same level of security maintained by banks. Further, we have a Data Protection Officer who monitors the flow of data regularly and receives notifications 24 hours/day when their attention is needed. We use AWS for application storage and hosting. All of our API's and digital services are securely hosted in Heroku data centers.
We use Mongo Atlas or database storage and management. All transcripts are securely stored in Mongo Atlas databases and data centers.
AWS Route 53 and Cloudfront
We use AWS Route 53 and Cloudfront for DNS management, traffic optimization, and intrusion monitoring.The Sharing Of Your Information Through Your Use of Our Services
Certain Information made available by Third Parties is shared with us which enable us to deliver Services and we share Information with Third Parties solely in connection with your use of the Services.
We use Google to authenticate use of our Services. Google will share your email address with us and other Information about your Goolge team including the email addresses of others on your team. If we communicate with you by email, we will only communicate with the user who added Botcopy to their team, and NEVER anyone else on your team, unless you explicitly provide us with instruction to do so.
If you connect a Dialogflow account (A Google service) to us, we read and write application data directly from Dialogflow so you can train artificial intelligence and so we can deliver your Dialogflow messages to your users through conversational experiences you create. You will be required to authenticate with Google using OAuth 2.0 and Google will maintain your access rights in conjunction with our Services. We also use Google for analytics.
Braintree & Stripe
We use Braintree or Stripe as a payment processor and to collect payment from you on a recurring basis for use of certain paid Services we provide. Your billing information is securely stored with Braintree or Stripe and your payment is processed on a monthly billing basis as long as you remain subscribed to one of our paid Services.
We use MailChimp for email broadcasting and marketing, and general contact management.
We use Dashbot as an analytic tracking tool for all of your conversations. The choice between Dashbot and Chatbase is yours.

We use Janis as a live chat feature for human take over. If you choose to use Janis the live chat transcripts will be available on their platform.
Circumstantial Sharing Of Your Information
We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as reasonably necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce these Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (iv) protect our rights, property or safety and those of our users and the public. This includes exchanging information with other organizations for fraud protection and spam/malware prevention. You will be notified when your Personal Information may be shared in this capacity.
