An engagement is when a user opens the chat window to talk with your bot. The entire conversation, with a cutoff of 30 minutes, counts as one engagement. A 10-minute lull followed by more chatting incurs a new engagement.
We incur server costs every time your Botcopy bot is engaged by a user, so our billing is based on covering those costs. We're confident that there's no easier or more affordable way to achieve the engagements, features & conveniences Botcopy provides. For additional savings, Botcopy users have the option to switch to an Annual Plan.
You can count on us for setup guidance as part of our Success services. We also partner with top cloud services providers and can refer you to the right source for your needs.
No, unused engagement credits do not roll over. If you reach the number of engagements that come with your plan, you'll be prompted to upgrade or you'll continue on the tiered engagement rate.
